Founded in 1984, Grupo Detcel SA de CV was born with the purpose of acting as a holding company for a group of Mexican companies committed to quality, which envisioned the need of joining their image, strength and corporate vision.

With 100% Mexican capital, Grupo Detcel has three divisions, the Tapes Division, the Medical Division and the Containers Division. The group is comprised by 17 highly competitive companies in both the domestic and international marketplaces and employs more than 3000 people.
